We ship primarily with USPS on smaller and lighter orders, UPS on larger items. Our std store shipping rates are calculated off actual shipping weights of the item up to a $109 purchase. All items over $109 ship for free to the USA!
Shipping and Billing Addresses:
Shipping and billing addresses must match for credit card transactions to authorize. It is unfortunate, but due to fraudulent transactions we must institute this policy. No exceptions!
Please Note: Generally, it takes us 2-4 business days to get orders to the point of shipping.
International:
Our primary shipper for international shipments is with USPS Priority Mail.
However we do offer cheaper and slower options such as First Class International mail. Please note that these are not expedited services and it is common for delays to occur. This is out of our control! First Class Mail is not a track able option, although you will receive a package shipment verification number. We cannot file a claim for First Class International mail packages. USPS guarantees shipment anywhere from 1-99 days with First Class Mail International. We strongly suggest that this service not be used for high value items.
Please use the tracking number provided with shipment and contact your local post office for updates for Priority and Express Mail International Shipments.
